Neil Meyerhoff

This young boy is attending school in the Haa Valley district in western Bhutan. The students are very polite to guests, they stand and say "good morning" when visitors enter their classroom. All the classes, except for local literature and language classes, are taught in English, but most of the students are hesitant to converse with us. This vertical panoramic photograph was taken with a Hasselblad x-pan camera.
