The Riva

Trogir is a small medieval city in the central Dalmatian coast of Croatia. The town is on a tiny island connected to the mainland by a small bridge. The Riva faces the channel that separates Trogir from the island of Ciovo, and has several cafes from which tourists and residents can watch the sailboats traverse the waterway. The city was recently named a UNESCO World Heritage site.
