In India, as in many parts of the developing world, a tradesman will be selling only one kind of fruit or vegetable. Here, the man is selling garlic only. This vertical panoramic photograph, taken using a Hasselblad X-pan camera, was made in Nagur, Rajasthan, home to the famous camel fair held each year in the spring.
